SkyPath Privata is a confidential AI automation platform built for professionals who need to create high-quality RFI and RFP responses without relying on public AI systems. It was designed for organizations working with sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical information that should not be exposed to public AI tools.

Privata combines stateless AI interactions with document retrieval to help you work faster while keeping your source material protected. Instead of depending on a public model memory, SkyPath uses your own uploaded document collections as context through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), giving the AI tools the background they need to generate more accurate responses.

SkyPath never shares your information or your data.

SkyPath System Overview

SkyPath Privata gives users a private workspace for document-driven AI work. Once your account is set up, you can upload source documents, organize supporting materials into collections, and use AI tools to draft answers, proposals, summaries, presentations, and supporting content.

Privata uses a stateless LLM and stateless image generation workflow, which means prompt content is not retained by the model layer. Your uploaded knowledgebase documents are used to supply context for retrieval rather than to create a persistent public training record.

Before You Begin

Before creating your account, make sure you have:

• Access to your work email address
• Access to your mobile phone for SMS verification
• A clear idea of whether you need an Individual or Corporate account

TIP

Choose an Individual account if you are working alone. Choose a Corporate account if your organization needs invited users to share projects, collections, and related assets.

Step 1: Create Your Account

To start using SkyPath Privata, first create your user account.

1. Go to the SkyPath AI website and select Sign Up or Create Account.
2. Enter your first name, last name, work email address, and password.
3. Select the account type that best matches your needs: Individual or Corporate.
4. Review and accept the Terms of Service.
5. Select Create Account to submit your registration.

Your account type affects how you collaborate. Corporate accounts are intended for teams that need controlled sharing, while Individual accounts are intended for single-user workflows.

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

After registration, SkyPath sends a verification email to confirm that you own the email address attached to the account.

1. Open your inbox and look for an email from SkyPath AI.
2. Open the message with a subject similar to Please confirm your email address.
3. Select the verification link in the email.
4. Wait for SkyPath to confirm that your email address has been verified.

TIP

If the message does not appear within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login page.

Step 3: Sign In and Complete SMS Verification

SkyPath uses two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of protection to your account.

1. Go to the SkyPath AI sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address and password, then select Sign In.
3. Wait for the one-time passcode to arrive by SMS on your registered mobile phone.
4. Enter the code in the verification field.
5. Select Verify to complete sign-in and open your dashboard.

SMS verification codes expire after a short time. If your code expires before you enter it, use Resend Code to request a new one.

Once you are signed in, you are ready to begin working in SkyPath Privata. Typical next steps include:

• Creating a new project
