Getting Started ​

Privata is a confidential AI automation platform built for professionals who need to create high-quality RFx responses without relying on public AI systems. It was designed for organizations working with sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical information that should not be exposed to public AI tools.

Privata combines stateless AI interactions with document retrieval to help you work faster while keeping your source material protected. Instead of depending on a public model memory, SkyPath AI uses your own uploaded document collections as context through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), giving the AI agents and tools the background they need to generate more accurate responses.

SkyPath AI never shares your information or your data.

Privata System Overview ​

Privata gives your team a private workspace for document-driven AI work. Once your account is set up, you can create projects, upload source documents, organize supporting materials into your Knowledge Base, and use AI agents and tools to draft answers, proposals, summaries, presentations, and supporting collateral.

Privata uses a stateless LLM and stateless image generation workflow, which means prompt content is not retained by the model layer. Your uploaded Knowledge Base documents are used to supply context for retrieval rather than to create a persistent public training record.

Before You Begin ​

Before creating your account, make sure you have:

  • Access to your work email address
  • Access to your mobile phone for SMS verification
  • Your company or organization name: every account belongs to a company workspace
  • An invite code, if a colleague has already created your company workspace

TIP

The first person to register for your organization creates the company workspace and becomes its Org Admin. Everyone else should join that same workspace using an invite code so projects, collections, and other assets can be shared.

Step 1: Create Your Account ​

To start using Privata, first create your user account.

  1. Go to https://privata.sky-path.ai and select Register.
  2. Enter your work email address, phone number (international format, e.g. +15551234567, used for SMS verification), and your contact name.
  3. Name your company workspace in the Company or workspace name field. If a colleague has already set one up, select I have an invite code and enter the code they sent you instead.
  4. Choose a password and enter it again to confirm.
  5. Select Create account to submit your registration, or use Register with Google or Register with Microsoft to sign up with an existing account.

Creating a company workspace makes you its Org Admin, so you can invite teammates, manage seats, and configure company-wide settings. Joining with an invite code adds you to an existing workspace as a standard user.

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address ​

After registration, SkyPath AI sends a verification email to confirm that you own the email address attached to the account.

  1. Open your inbox and look for an email from SkyPath AI.
  2. Open the message with a subject similar to Please confirm your email address.
  3. Select the verification link in the email.
  4. Wait for SkyPath AI to confirm that your email address has been verified.

TIP

If the message does not appear within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login page.

Step 3: Sign In and Complete Verification ​

SkyPath AI uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of protection to your account.

  1. Go to the Privata sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address and password, then select Login.
  3. Wait for the one-time verification code to arrive by SMS on your registered mobile phone.
  4. Enter the code in the verification field and select Verify to complete sign-in and open your dashboard.

Verification codes expire after a short time. If your code expires before you enter it, choose Resend via SMS to send a new one, or Send via email to receive the code at your account email address instead.

Once you are signed in, you are ready to begin working in Privata. Typical next steps include:

  • Creating a new project and uploading an RFx source document
  • Building your Knowledge Base for retrieval context
  • Building a response in the Response Editor with AI-generated Q&A and essay sections
  • Running a Project Readiness Review before you submit
  • Using AI agents and tools to draft proposal collateral, summaries, and images
  • Searching your Knowledge Base or using Chat against your collections
