About AI Agents & Tools ​

Beyond drafting responses, Privata includes a set of AI agents and tools for producing supporting material, researching opportunities, and searching your own content. You reach them from the AI Agents & Tools area of a project, where most of them open as panels inside the project workspace rather than navigating you to a separate page. Several are also available from the top navigation.

Because these tools use your company Knowledge Base as context, the more relevant your collections and labels are, the stronger the output.

Proposal Collateral Studio ​

The Proposal Collateral Studio turns your Knowledge Base into polished proposal collateral. It is a single tool that produces several content types:

  • Presentation: build a slide deck to pitch your capabilities and approach
  • Company Background: a narrative overview of your company's history, mission, and qualifications
  • Capability Statement: a concise summary of your core capabilities and differentiators for reviewers
  • Financial Profile: a summary of your financial health, bonding capacity, and stability
  • Past Performance: case studies and references demonstrating similar completed projects
  • Certifications: a summary of your certifications, licenses, and small-business designations
  • Team Resumes: bios and qualifications for the key personnel proposed on the engagement
  • References: client references and testimonials supporting your proposal
  • Technical Approach: a narrative describing your proposed technical approach and methodology

Choose a content type, point it at the relevant collections, add a description of what you need, and generate. The available options adjust to the content type: for example, a Presentation lets you set the slide count, output format (PowerPoint or PDF), and a style, while document types let you set a target length. The Studio grounds the result in your stored material, so keep the supporting collections focused on the opportunity.

The Proposal Collateral Studio replaces the earlier separate "Presentation Generator" and "Profile / Background Generator." Company backgrounds and capability statements are now content types inside the Studio.

Image Generator ​

The Image Generator creates an image from a text prompt, useful for concept visuals, architecture diagrams, and other supporting graphics. Enter a prompt, choose a style, and generate.

WARNING

Generated images are produced for immediate use. Download the images you want to keep; they are not retained for you.

Document Summarizer ​

The Document Summarizer condenses a document from your project or Knowledge Base into a summary. Upload a new file or pick an existing project file, choose a summary type to match your audience (for example an executive summary, a technical summary, or key points) and optionally set focus areas to emphasize specific topics. Use it to quickly understand a long RFx, a reference document, or a past response, then copy the result or export it as Word, PDF, or text.

Knowledge Base Search finds content across your collections. Results are ranked by relevance and paginated, you can filter by collection, and you can Preview a result before opening it. This is the fastest way to locate a specific fact, figure, or passage in your stored material.

Bid Search helps you find public contract opportunities from SAM.gov. It can search the live opportunity corpus and use AI to match opportunities to your company profile, so the most relevant contracts surface first. When you find an opportunity worth pursuing, use Add to Project to bring it in as a project; its details and attachments are pulled in as source documents so you can start responding right away.

TIP

Bid Search matching draws on your Company Profile Settings: your GovCon profile, NAICS codes, set-aside eligibility, and states of performance. Keeping that profile current improves how well opportunities are matched to you.
