Accounts and Access
What is SkyPath Privata?
SkyPath Privata is a confidential AI platform designed to help teams create RFI responses, RFP responses, proposals, summaries, presentations, images, and supporting business content without relying on public AI tools. It uses stateless AI processing together with your own collections to provide private, context-aware results.
What is the difference between an Individual account and a Corporate account?
An Individual account is intended for one person working alone and not sharing assets with other users. A Corporate account is intended for organizations that need invited users, team collaboration, and controlled sharing of projects, collections, and related work.
TIP
Choose an Individual account if you are the only person who will manage the work. Choose a Corporate account if multiple people need access to shared opportunities, collections, or outputs.
Why do I need email verification and SMS verification?
Email verification confirms ownership of the email address used for the account. SMS verification adds two-factor authentication so access to the platform is better protected. Together, these steps help secure access to confidential projects and documents.
How should I manage users in a Corporate account?
Corporate accounts work best when access is granted through invited user management rather than shared credentials. Keep access limited to the people who need it, review who has access regularly, and use the appropriate account type and team workflow for controlled collaboration.
How do I delete my account?
Open your profile page, go to the Danger Zone, and use Delete My Account. Review the warning carefully before confirming.

Deleting your account removes associated platform data such as stored conversation history. Make sure you export or retain anything important before confirming account deletion.
Projects and Knowledgebase
What is a project?
A project is the main workspace for one sales activity, such as a bid, a customer response, or an RFI or RFP submission. Projects group together your source documents, collections, instructions, and AI-generated outputs so work stays organized by opportunity.
What is the Knowledgebase library?
The Knowledgebase is your library of uploaded documents and websites. Its contents are organized into collections, indexed, and then used by AI tools to retrieve relevant context for search, summarization, chat, answer generation, proposal drafting, and other tasks.
How do projects and collections work together?
Projects hold the source documents you need to answer. Collections hold the supporting material that helps the AI produce better output. When you attach collections to a project, the selected collection content becomes the contextual knowledge used during answer generation, proposal creation, and other AI-assisted workflows.
How should I organize collections?
The best approach is to organize collections around a clear subject area, such as a product line, a service area, a solution type, a company profile, pricing, prior RFIs, prior proposals, or statements of work. Keep collection names specific and avoid mixing unrelated domains in one collection.
TIP
Focused collections usually produce stronger output than one large mixed collection. If a document will not help answer the current opportunity, it usually should not be attached.
Can I keep my entire library in one collection?
Yes, but it is usually not the recommended practice. One large collection can work, but smaller collections make it easier to attach only the most relevant content to a project and reduce noisy or less accurate results.
Where can I create a collection?
Collections can be created from the Knowledgebase page, from an existing project, or through the New Project Wizard. A collection name is required, and adding a description is recommended.
Can I add websites to a collection?
Yes. Use Add Website and enter the URL you want to include. Privata indexes the content from that page so it can be used as part of your Knowledgebase context. This is useful for public guides, white papers, case studies, and reference material.
What file types can I upload to a collection?
Current supported file types include PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, PPT, PPTX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, TXT, and MD.
How do I use document content search?
Use Document Content Search from the navigation area or from the project AI tools section. Enter your query, review the returned snippets, and use the source references to locate the supporting content you need.
AI Workflows
How does the RFI/RFP workflow work?
Create a project, attach one or more collections, upload the source documents, and choose the processing method. Use Q&A when you need separate answers for extracted questions, or use Proposal when you need one consolidated narrative response. After processing, review, edit, and export the results.
When should I use the Q&A Method?
Use the Q&A Method when the source document contains separate questions, requirements, feature requests, or response items that should each receive an individual answer. This works especially well for RFIs and spreadsheets or forms that need item-by-item completion.
When should I use the Proposal Method?
Use the Proposal Method when the source document should be evaluated as a whole and answered with one complete response. This works best for RFP-style documents where the goal is to describe an overall solution, service approach, or delivery model in one narrative.
Can I test an answer before creating a full RFI or RFP response?
Yes. Secure Chat is a good way to test how the platform might answer a question before you run a full Q&A or Proposal workflow. This is useful when you want to refine a better answer, draft a short email, or check how well your collections support a likely customer question.
Can I use collections inside Secure Chat?
Yes. You can include collections in a chat message so the response uses your document library as context. This is useful for product questions, service questions, infrastructure details, installation requirements, and other targeted lookups against your own material.
Can I edit the prompt used by the AI tools?
Yes. The Edit Prompt option lets you adjust the instructions sent to the AI system. This is useful when you want to change tone, increase or reduce creativity, request alternative answer styles, or emphasize certain constraints.
Can I edit AI-generated responses and proposals?
Yes. Generated content appears in a WYSIWYG editor, where you can revise wording, apply formatting, save changes, and return later to continue editing.
How do confidence scores help in Q&A responses?
Each generated answer includes a confidence score. This helps identify which responses may need more review. You can use the Min Confidence filter to focus on lower-confidence answers first.
What download formats are available?
Q&A responses can be downloaded in formats such as Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, and plain text. Proposal responses are intended as standalone documents and can be downloaded in Word, PDF, or text format.
Does Download Merge with Original always work perfectly?
Not always. Merge quality depends on how clearly the source document shows where answers should be inserted. This is especially important for spreadsheets with ambiguous columns.
WARNING
If the original file does not clearly show where an answer belongs, merged results may require manual review and cleanup. When possible, label the intended answer location clearly before uploading the file.
How do I summarize a document?
Use the document summarization tool, select the source document or project context, choose the summary style you need, and generate the summary for internal review or external use.
How do I generate a background or profile document?
Use the Profile/Background Generator from a project, provide the focus areas and preferred tone, and generate supporting content such as company backgrounds, capability statements, and similar narrative material.
How do I use the presentation generator?
Open the presentation generator, describe what you need, select the desired slide count or structure, and let the platform draft a presentation using project and collection context.
How does SAM.gov search work?
Use Public Bid Search to look for relevant opportunities, review results that align with your capabilities, and then use projects and AI tools to begin building response content around a selected opportunity.
Privacy, Security, and Data Handling
How do stateless LLMs support confidential AI workflows?
Privata uses request-based AI processing rather than relying on long-term model memory. Context is supplied per request from your selected projects and collections. This reduces unnecessary persistence at the model layer and supports confidentiality-focused workflows.
Are my prompts used for training or fine-tuning?
No. The platform’s stateless AI workflows are designed so prompts are not cached, reused for training, or used for fine-tuning at the model layer.
Is Secure Chat conversation history stored?
Yes, conversation history is stored inside the platform’s application database so you can return to previous chats. That history is not shared outside the platform, and it is removed when you delete the conversation or delete your account.
What happens if I delete a collection, project, or conversation?
Deleting a collection permanently removes its indexed data and uploaded documents. Deleting a project removes its source documents and generated responses. Deleting a conversation removes its stored chat history.

These deletions should be treated as permanent. Export or save anything important before removing a collection, project, conversation, or account.
Billing and Support
How do I get billing invoices and receipts?
Go to Billing & Subscription, review Billing History, and use the available receipt or invoice links to open billing documents.
